Guest guest
I think you can use Bullworker along with almost ANY other training program.Bullworker would give you more strength to handle heavier weights.I use Bullworker along with bodyweight workouts with great results. But,as posted here earlier, use Bullworker FIRST,because you don't want to do isometrics with fatigued muscles.Use it first then do your weight training or other training. Check out this site: http://www.hikuta.net/classical-conditioning/clscon_jungleman_endtrn.cfm This course states that: "It can be used with no equipment whatsoever, with items you may find in your environment, with simple portable exercise equipment (cable, bullworker, dumbbells, etc), or even in a gym environment( not my fav - like the mythical Jungle Man himself I love the invigorating back to nature feeling of the outdoors!)." At least two friends of mine have the above course and they really love it,they both received excellent results from it,and one uses the Bullworker along with it,both are Atlas Students, and I believe one lifted weights. Bullworker training should not defeat or go against weight training or any other training you use along with it.Bullworker would enhance all other training. Never hold your breath while training with Bullworker or any other methods.Always breath normally. Hope this helps. I'll find it as soon as I can. From memory I believe you do the weight exercises for arms for example and THEN do arms exercises wih bullworker. and so on.Roma
