PERMISSION TO FORWARD, RE POST AND USE IN NEWSLETTERS

There are now more than 20 comments, of different shades of opinion and all

of better than usual quality, with no real sniping or abuse, as so often

spoils these debates, after my letter about the Lightning Process research

in the Bath Chronicle here

http://www.thisisbath.co.uk/letters/new-trialled-process-really-aid-sufferer/art\

icle-1943502-detail/article.html#StartComments

but we are having reports that some people are having problems registering

and/or have put up comments but have yet to see them appear but some people

are getting through OK.

Suggest the following: First, prepare your comment or letter in a word

document or notepad (so that if anything goes wrong you have not lost it and

can try again).

Go to www.thisisbath.co.uk.

At the top it shows " Hello Guest " if you are not already logged in. Click

log in/register and either log in if you are registered or register for the

first time. (I have just done it and it worked for me).

Now it says, " Hello and your name "

Go to

http://www.thisisbath.co.uk/letters/new-trialled-process-really-aid-sufferer/art\

icle-1943502-detail/article.html

The box " add your comments " should be there with your name and e-mail

address already in it for you to copy and paste your comment in and click

" submit comment "

If this does not work may I suggest: send your comment to the letters page

by e-mail, letters@...

but also please try to let them know that you are one of the people having

problems so they may be able to identify why.

Some of us have already done so but from http://www.thisisbath.co.uk (you

don't need to be logged in to do this) go to contact us or (if that is still

a problem) send an e-mail to s.holliday@... with " Problem

registering/leaving comment " etc. in the subject line.

It is a bit of a nuisance but please do it otherwise the true number of

comments and letters will not be known for those who give up -- and it will

be happening to other people too.

Best wishes
