Hi and good luck with the weight loss. Here's a few things that helped

me. Eat only or as much organic food and or minimally processed foods

as possible. Learn to drink water at all your meals. I'm lucky to be a

land surveyor which gives me the chance to walk in the woods between 2

to 6 miles a day. Stepping over fallen trees, across brooks and

boulders etc is great exercise. Lastly I bought the Bullworker x5 1 1/2

months ago and have seen and felt definate improvements already. It's a

great product.
