Guest guest
Hi and good luck with the weight loss. Here's a few things that helped me. Eat only or as much organic food and or minimally processed foods as possible. Learn to drink water at all your meals. I'm lucky to be a land surveyor which gives me the chance to walk in the woods between 2 to 6 miles a day. Stepping over fallen trees, across brooks and boulders etc is great exercise. Lastly I bought the Bullworker x5 1 1/2 months ago and have seen and felt definate improvements already. It's a great product. > > I am lloking forward to the new year with anticipation.
