I am writing to you b/c my main goal is to get "cut" arms. I don't really need to lose much weight, just want to gain lean muscle and lose fat. I am not sure if this program is for me though. How did you get your cut arms? Are you doing something in addition to BFL? (you are probably some body building and i just have no idea ..hehe) Well, I thought maybe you could tell me something that might help, because I am getting married next summer and would love to have nice "cut" arms in my sleeveless dress!!!
