Guest guest
Hi All, I have just joined. I bought my Bullworker in the 1970's. Most of my life I have been on some kind of exercise oddessy. I have finally come back to the Bullworker(this week). We have a small home and exercise space is limited. My time for exercise is also limited. The Bullworker lets me workout anywhere at home and I just pick it up an workout while taking a break from doing something else. I don't do sets or reps. I just hold the exercise for a peak contraction, then take rest and do it again. I work out every other day to give the muscles a chance to rest and (hopefully)grow. Does this seem like an effective routine? For biceps, I place the appartus in the corner of a doorway, push up and hold the curled position until my arm tires. I am looking for ideas from others who maybe far more knowledgeable about this stuff than I am. All advice appreciated.
