Guest guest
Gretchen and others, I was denied for disability and I called the ss office to tell them I wanted to request for reconsideration (RFR). She said that she would send me the paper work. Well she did, but I'm confused because not only did they send me the RFR form they sent me a disability report appeal form to fill out and also more medical release forms. I thought that all I had to fill out was the RFR form and they would use the current info??? I'm thinking that after this step if I'm denied again I better get a lawyer. Please let me know what I should do about these forms? Do I just fill out the one and send it back or all of them or what? thanks so much.
