Guest guest
Week 1 was a success! I set my expectations low and had thought that progress would really kick in in weeks 3 and 4. I started the program at 216 and just got off the scale at 208. I followed the program flawlessly (more areobic but I'm cutting back to slightly more than the program per some of your advice), especially weight training and nutrition (my water bills are going to double!) My energy levels are sky high and am even more motivated to head into week 2. Thanks to everyone that answered my silly questions. I'll post a pic of my starting point (look like a fire plug - short, low center of gravity with much girth) so I make a public commitment to change my habits not only for 12 weeks but for life.
