This is my fault for waiting too long,I didn't know there was such a

problem,have gotten an education the hard way,a lesson for anyone

else if you should change Dr.s,move,etc...have copies of your medical

records and don't PROCRASTINATE,LEARN THE LAWS REGARDING THIS,as

ridiculous as this sounds,maybe you should always know the name of a

good Dr. just in case something should happen to the Dr. you are

seeing,rare,I know,things happen though..thank you for this advice---
