I applaud your efforts to find out more about CMT and how the rest of us live. I'm 54, live in So. California, was diagnosed with CMT as a kid, don't have AFOs, work, travel, go to the gym and pool 6 days a week, also take Vitamin E and a Vitamin B complex. Scan through our past messages and Files at your leisure and please participate in our current poll. CMT isn't going away, but we are hopeful that new research provides us with glimpses of treatments and arrestment possibilities soon.
