Hi,

The tremendous wait time for the ALJ hearing has been brought up in

several posts. My Mom is currently waiting for an ALJ hearing,

although hasn't been waiting as long as some of you have. She doesn't

have CMT, but the results of a brain tumor and menengitis after the

surgery to remove the tumor have left her unable to work.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. The SSA is a government

agency. Do you think flooding our Representatives & Senators with

letters asking for reform would do any good??
