Guest guest
I would recommend that you buy a skipping rope its one of the best cardio vascular exercises you can do. A whole CV gym for less than £5 [brann, Mr] I'm a student, and as a result, I have limited personal funds and limited personal space. I discovered the Steel Bow through Amazon and prior to this had never heard of a bullworker before. All the reviews were excellent so I took a chance. So far I like it and am impressed with the product. At any rate, what I am curious to know is if there are some long-term bullworker users out there who use the bullworker exclusively as their only form of strength training and what kind of results they have gotten. Also, what types of routines do you construct for yourselves and what do you do for aerobic exercise in addition to your bullworker routine? I am curious because I am trying to construct a fitness program that is inexpensive, simple and effective. I don't expect it to be easy, I'm not looking for shortcuts. I just want something that is simple to understand and execute. If anyone has anything to offer I'd really appreciate it. Thanks a lot! Guest guest
" Limited personal funds and space " - you've come to the right place! As I said in message number 4722 using the BW has been my only form of muscle building. Iam not after size, but apart from a small amount of excess fat on abs and pecs it has made my upper body totally solid and I believe that nothing else would have given these results. The only other exercises I do are for fitness and fat reduction :- Running - see msg. 4798 Ab reduction - see msg. 4804 and Pec reduction - The one where you throw your arms out to the side at chest height (twice with bent arms then once with arms outstretched ) That counts as one and I do 1000 ... Sorry I don't know what they're called! The thing is that all of the above can be done in a tiny space for no cost, and at the moment I do not feel the need to add anything else to my workout! Good luck, J,S. > > I'm a student, and as a result, I have limited personal funds and > limited personal space.
