Guest guest
This is about a doctor who practices Ob Gy He subscribes to hearty laughs and not to cribs or a cry When everybody is busy asking him- when, where, and why Kishore Is not depressed, his spirits are sky high! In the ICU, his son was reading him " get well soon " mails But his mind was elsewhere- eyeing some beautiful females He quickly adapted his new role- that of a patient-doctor And refused to get alarmed by the waves on the monitor Nothing could depress him, not even a depressed ST Nor an abnormally high heart protein called Trop T " This is so tasty, " he admired the home-made tea Thank God, he complimented me, thought his wife-ENT The ICU residents were counting, every hour, his pulse And his wife was tightening the strings of her purse But for Kishore, being in an ICU was not a god-inflicted curse His chest was heaving- was it because of a Kerala nurse? He endured few razor cuts- on either side, below the belt This is worse, he thought, than the pain in my chest And as he was wheeled in the cath lab in a haste His loved ones and relatives wished him- " All the best " Amidst strangers in a cold room, he laid bare And had no idea- who, when and where A cut, a push, a thrust, a balloon and a stent And soon his heart malady became a past incident Kishore, you showed that laughter is the best panacea Which takes care of all queries- kyon, kab, kaise hua Now that your arteries are open, thanks to a good angio- May we all wish you- Kishore bhai, jug jug jio!
