dear friends,

i have not written in a while, but i have been reading all your posts and

they have been sooo interesting to me! it's very interesting who's stories

resonate with mine (Tami's), and who's seem like a goal to be reached

someday

(, Steve). at least that is how it seems sometimes. Tami, i loved

your

different versions of yourself (Tami 2004, Tami 2005), like a computer

program! at the moment, i'm resonating most with T-04. when things seem

not to be

going well, i want to come here and dump all these toxic thoughts, like

purging myself of poison...and of course the Work is the last thing i want

to do.

so i think i'm going to take some time today to quiet my mind by furiously

typing these so painful thoughts to my imaginary friends in Loving-What-Is

Land. at the moment it feels like the kindest thing i can do for myself.

but

first i need to eat my raisin bran.

Yes this is true--see how we find ways of teaching ourselves things to help--I

learned Biofeedback using my cell phone and doing word games or tetris--only

thinking about the game-nothing else--it works....Lynn
