Guest guest
If it's the same machine my sister calls the Chi Machine I wouldn't try it. Much to my sister's dismay because it would loosen up my fusions I am sure. Maybe I could stand it higher up on my legs but I won't take the chance of having anything shook loose in my feet. Guest guest
Hi , No I haven't tried it, also doubtful I ever would. Before you purchase something like this, make sure to research it fully; if something sounds so good, it most likely IS too good to be true. I understand you cannot do much exercise, but perhaps a physical therapist can work with you and thus exercise in that regard might be beneficial. Also, the PTs are usually knowledgeable about all the 'mass marketed' machines out there, and may be a good source of information on the Zen Chi Relaxerciser. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Hi Thank you for your replies regarding the relaxerciser. As you say it is probably too good to be true. I think I will just carry on with my stretching exercises.
