Guest guest
I hope someone knows the answer to this. I was a witness to a fatal accident two years ago. I gave my deposition last year, the case has now gone to trial. I requested that they video tape my testimony due to the hardship of my disability. I was told by the attorney that they really needed my live testimony. So without telling me NO he told me NO. Does anyone know if I have a legal right to a video taped testimony?
