? I need help understanding a few things.

Firstly, a great big thank you to Gretchen for having this web

site.

I am not that computer literate..... So I could use help

understanding how to use this message board. What is the difference

between the files and the post? And how can I skim thru the posting

and the people's introductions(easy)? Are there directions some

place?

Next, I can not fully express how excited I have been to find the

info in the files section. I have spent this holiday on my computer

reading and researching this whole new data base. As a matter of

fact I have stirred up my hand symptoms to an uncomfortable level.

(Oops!!!) I want to get the book that Vinci P, Perelli has written

or the details of this reference-

The web site referenced to go to in the files section of --

seems out dated-- the membership form says 2004. I don't feel

comfortable signing up with such out dated info.

Lastly, why isn't this info more publicized or talked about in the

USA?
