Guest guest
I just started taking my Neurontin 2x a day. I was only taking it at night. I understand that I am to take this three times a day! Taking it this morning has made me feel extremely loopy. How do people go to work on this stuff? Do you eventually get used to it? This would be great, if I didn't have any responsiblities. I am so high right now.
Guest guest
I took Neurontin 3X a day, a total of 900 mgs. each day. The first 3 days while I was ramping the dose, I had a sort of looped feeling. Once I was stable at my dose, I was OK. Felt an energy surge to begin with, but think that was because I slept better. Give Neurontin some time to work. Write down how you feel when taking it and stay in touch with your doc. It may not be the best medication for you. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Hi, I went off of Neurontin soon after it was prescribed for the same reasons. I have lots of neuropathy-skin hurts, bones hurt etc. This increases w/ typing (why I never post). I have lived with lots of pain since childhood - it is like background noise in a restaurant - sometimes it is overwhelming, sometimes it goes unnoticed if I don't listen to it. Heat and pressure helps the hands and lower arms. Stretching the achiles tendon helps the feet and legs. You probably know this already, but if you don't, I hope it helps. Well wishes, McGuire
Guest guest
As far as I am concerned, take as little Neurontin as possible to get the job done and once in a while delete it to see if it is still working. The side effects are definitly there and that should minimize them. In my case 50 mg before bed is all that I need and seems to have no side effects. If I drop it one day the spasms come back so I continue to be happy about using it. EdM from NH >
