need feedback about post-op bras

I have several sports bras. I've been trying to find the most

comfortable one. The most comfortable one is the loosest one, and

I've been working this week as much as possible. The more my breasts

move (this is 9 days post-op), the more I notice the swelling and

soreness. I have one bra that is like an army tank, and they can't

move in it at all. It is too tight, really, but I notice I have no

breast discomfort when I wear it. I can work in it, and not worry

about which way or how quickly I turn, etc. This bra is the most

compressing of the bras, and I'm wondering if this is good or bad

for the breast tissue at this stage of post-op? When I work in it,

and take it off at home where I can be still, I notice that they

look a bit flatter, which is what I'm doing when I compress them.

My surgeon said any bra after 4 days post-op is ok. I'm not sure if

I should keep them " strapped down " most of the time, or let them

loose to run. The left breast had extra fluid in it after the

drains came out, and it was a little weird-feeling; it felt kind of

like a water balloon, but not full of fluid, you know, just a little

different than the other. Yes, I contacted my surgeon, who said it

was normal sometimes for one breast to have more problems than the

other. He also included the option of putting the implants back in

if I'd rather. hehe We go through so much pain, that any humor is

much appreciated! Feedback appreciated....Jackie
