Guest guest Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 Another thing that helps is having a pillow, or even a blanket, to kind of 'hug' up close to your chest during turbulence or take offs/landings. It helps compress your breasts so that they don't hurt so much. I also use it still when sleeping as my internal staples are still healing.
