Guest guest
Dear Caroline, > I am new to the work welcome to the work! > and i was wondering how to work on topics like these: > > I am angry because i have to run all the time > or So, Caroline, you have to run all the time. Is it true? When, for instance? > i am frustated because my house is desorganised Oh, your house is desorganised! Is *that* true? Where? What specific place gives you most trouble? Wich is the first one that comes up? > or > i am tired of feeling such pressure You are not supposed to feel such pressure. - Is it really true? Where do you feel it in your body? > there is no who to point to...how should i do this? look for the outside source that causes your discomfort. When you have that, apply the four questions on it. For instance, I asked the first question, go on with the other three and do the turnaround. > Thanks for your help > Caroline You're welcome! I don't see it as modifying. But to get a " feeling " for what the work " is " or " is meant for " I did the work literally a lot of times. I wasn't sure how to ask certain questions, too. Or at least that is what I believed. So I did the work where it worked, sometimes I just formulated the belief, so that it would fit into the questions, if I found it didn't in the first place. > This is what I found frustrating. Oh well. Yes: Oh well! ;-) Love, > Caroline, my problem was similiar to your's.
