How many little fears do we walk through in the explant experience? I

took my bandages off last night before bedtime. I held hot wet cloths

against the bandages to soften them a bit, and then, it was as easy as

taking off bandaids. Big bandaids. The fear I had was when I pulled

the bandage away from the incision, that the incision would bleed. I

was very careful, and SLOW, and all was ok. No bleeding, no pain. So,

they look fantastic! The scars are barely more noticeable than the

permanent scars that were originally left by the implant surgery! So,

to anyone who has not walked through this little fear yet, be not

afraid! Have courage and do it....another baby step to freedom from the

disease of implants....Jackie
