Hi All

Just a quick update and a few questions for you, its been nearly 3

weeks since my explant and I'm feeling about 50% better than I was. I

have been eating 3 cloves of garlic a day and I must say its done

wonders for my health. I posted after explant as I was suffering from

headaches, hot/cold flushes and also had a metallic smell coming from

my skin after doing the garlic for three days thease symptoms

dissapeared I think they were detox reactions so thanks rogene for

suggesting I try that.

as for my other symptoms for those who don't know I had been diagnosed

with psoriatic arthritis in nearly all of my joints, fibromyalgia,

chronic fatigue and also had a whole host of strange symptoms the

arthritis is about 80% better the fatigue has gone as have alot of

other symptoms but I still have a cold sensitivity in my fingers and

toes and I also have a enlarged lymph node in my neck which seemed to

drain after explant but has now come back so any suggestions on how to

get rid of this would be very helpful!

Also I have to stop eating the garlic raw as it stinks and now my kids

are back at school it is not very pratical, so I went to a health food

shop and brought some odourless garlic capsules but when I read the

back it says they contain silicon dioxide is this the same as silicon

and should i take them?

Thanks
