Guest guest
Thanks Kathy I tried to talk about as much as I could ... unfortunately not much of it made the cut but I am very glad they shared the part about our group and how many other women are out there sick!! Sorry I made you cry - you have no idea how many emails I have gotten w/ people telling me that. I feel kinda bad but hopefully that emotion will get thru to other girls considering it as I really thought I was going to die with my baby not even two years old at the time of explant...It was very frightening. There was so much more good stuff that didn't make it in but the general stuff got across. I hope to get more coverage to have more time to share the ugly details. I am very thankful to MTV to give me the opportunity no matter how small... with all the reality TV out there glorifying plastic surgery they are the only one to step up to the plate and take a chance at showing both sides... they didn't have to share that so I am thankful for the 2 or 3 minutes I got. Also, the MTV producer I was dealing with was sooooo sweeet and understanding of our illnesses - she said she made sure that they showed the nasty parts of the other story to get the reality and pain and suffering across as most other shows only touch on that. The reality is "YES IT HURTS LIKE HELL - YES IT IS GROSS AND YOU CAN'T EVEN PEE ON YOUR OWN - YES IT ISN'T ALWAYS WHAT YOU WANT IT TO BE" love shari
