GT,

Depending on the year, McGhan implants settlements

were covered by 3M since 3M bought McGhan . . . You

really need to check with an attorney to see if

there's anything for you.

Those implants were also covered by the MDL

settlement, unless you opted out. . .

I don't remember all the details so check everything

carefully.

But, don't get your hopes up, I don't think there's

much, if anything there.

Hugs,

Rogene

You did not have to just opt out of the MDL, you had to sign up for it.

Important difference.

Lynda,

Thanks . . . I forget, it was so long ago, and my head

was soooo foggy at the time, I don't remember what was

what! . .

I guess I initially signed up for the MDL, then opted

out. I had 1978 McGhans.

Rogene,

There are many things I have forgotten also, so much to remember and so

many memory problems.
