I am so happy for you! I remember how wonderful I felt just a week

after explant. I had been so terribly brainfogged and unable to

even go shopping without sitting on the floor of the store. A week

after explant I was shopping for hours without a problem! Take good

care of yourself and remember to go slow with any detoxing or

supplements so that you are able to discern what is helpful and what

isn't and also to avoid having a big herx.
