Thanks for the clarification, Bob.

I'm sorry if my post caused any offense, but it is the

impression I get from reading what was written.

I guess we really just have to gauge how much weight

we should give testimonials? As you now relate, you

also put the BX back in storage.

I think what is meant by the resistance is that someone

who can compress it fully can press a 400 lb barbell.

I question such representations, though. I favor the

more direct approach -- press the equipment down on a

weighing scale and get the reading. I did that with

the BW2 we had in the '70s and it came above 90 lbs.

I think the variations we have now will not stray far

from that value.

That's strange. Well, I don't know what program he

recommends, but the ads did call the daily training

program of BW as lamebrained. So I thought his program

would not cause overtraining.

Well, now this I would consider the true testimonial.

Thanks again. And again, my apologies if my post caused

any offense.

This basically shows the true integrity of Bully Xtreme and Bert , Bert Hern or whoever he is. Richknuj_gse wrote: > Happy New Year Guys. That "testimonial" was lifted> off of the Bronze Bow Forum along with > 's testimonial. 's was taken out of> context but mine was
