Day 3 of New Year's Resolution

Well, day 3 is over and so far I'm still on track with my 100 chest

compresses per day with the 20 " Steel Bow. In fact, it's 100+

compresses and I'm feeling pretty good. If I stay on track, I will

have done 3100+ at the end of the month. I'm also doing pretty good

with the other areas of the old bod' too.

You're on your way, Rich. The most important step is starting, and you've started well.
