Guest guest
Wow! . . . None of the figures I've heard about even approach $111 billion. . . Tops was $4.5 . . . I understand the money is dribbling out slowly . . . if a woman can jump through all the hoops they have set up. I haven't heard a single woman say that she received a settlement that she was at all happy about. Maybe someone has an address where you can check into where you stand. Guest guest
I just found out the implants have to be placed prior to 1993!!! I have no idea why. Their email address is: info@... if anyone wants to pursue it...it is a class action lawsuit. > > > > Wow! . . . None of the figures I've heard about > > even > > > > approach $111 billion. . . Guest guest
Until 1993 it was assumed that women had no way of knowing what the risk was when getting breast implants. After 1993, they started providing " Informed Consent " , supposedly to warn women about the risks. In effect, it merely covers the ***** of the doctors and manufacturer's.
