I don't know about seaweed being a detoxifier, but

your question reminded me of a woman who I met about

She was an immigrant from Latvia after WWII. At one

time she owned a large cosmetics firm in Lativa. When

she immigrated (with two children) to the States, she

brought nothing . . . The man who sponsored her

brought her to a small town in South Dakota to clean

dumpy motel rooms. That didn't last long.

She set up a detox program (of course she wasn't able

to advertise) in her little apartment. People who

didn't think she was crazy went to her and came away

amazed at the results. Basically, she had them soak

in a tub full of herbs and gave them some herbal

supplements! I saw the tub full of stuff! . . . It

really looked yucky and had strong smell! I don't know

that, at that age, I would have considered getting

into it!

Wouldn't you think that, after all this time, there

would be more public knowledge of treatments that are

so simple and effective? . . . Or is it that there's

too much money invested in keeping us sick?

Hugs,

Rogene
