Guest guest
Hi Willy and welcome to the group. I just had to share with you that I broke my little toe the day before Easter. That was way back in April and it is still swollen and very tender. It doesn't hurt like it did but it took forever to heal up. I couldn't wear any shoes besides my sandals and even they hurt. So, give yourself time. Those little stinkers take a long time to heal.
Guest guest
Hello, ladies. I'm Willy from Pt. Orchard, WA. About 20 mi. west of Seattle. I'm 40, single, and unemployed. I get SSI and Disability for a lifelong nerve disorder, which right now is affecting the healing of my right big toe I broke a month ago. It's really slow coming. Still pretty swollen. Haven't gotten the hang of this LifeLift thing yet. I have sinus problems once in a while, thanx to cocaine at a party a few years ago. Kinda feels like my upper nose is blocked. So I don't know if I'm getting all I can out of the breathing. Have the Oxygen Zoo tape, not the original, so I don't know if the positions are different than the BodyFlex tape I also got. I've never had a flat stomach, can't hold it in very long. Can't even do a situp! How long does it take before you see results? I don't know if I can do it for 20 min. straight. I know some of you do it almost all day! Don't post too often here, but I do like the vibe of this group. Will appreciate any and all help in starting this, I haven't done any serious exercise since high school, though I am quite an avid bike rider. Have a ten speed, and a mountain bike I ride as my only transport. Will try getting as much time as possible before the weather changes. Catcha later, Willy _________________________________________________________________ Don’t just search. Find. Guest guest
HI everyone, I was wondering if there was a way to have an alphabetical members list put on the website. It would be so easy then to write back to someone if you thought of something later to say. GT
Guest guest
GT, Some members want to read only without their name or address being published. My suggestion is to add the members who do post, and with whom you may wish to communicate, to your address book. However, for the same reason, posting openly can help everyone whether they post or not. The amount and quality of sharing here is outstanding! I believe that what makes the group so beneficial.
