Your herx symptoms are exactly like mine. It can kind of drive you

nuts sometimes. I also get lightheaded very occasionally--when I am

herxing. OTHerwise it is completely gone. Hang in there. I think

the symptoms will gradually lessen but like you said, it may take

some time.

Can you share what supplements you are using? It helps others like

me to know what other herbs/supplements to try!
