Guest guest
As a former agent, I can amen to what said...contact your state ins. commissioners office...you can ask for an " advocate " . When I used to have problems with the company I worked for such as satisfying a claim, all I had to do was call them and tell them I had a complaint form I could file w/ the commission...BINGO! Results right away. The guys decide who gets to sell insurance in your state. If they get several complaints, you might see some action. I would also contact state legislators via email and phone. Remember, " the squeaky wheel gets the grease " . Even tho' I did sell insurance for a large national company, I agree with all of you that Insurance Companies suck! Between them and the Pharmaceutical companies that all give massive amouints of money to the " powers that be " ...well, grrrrrrrrrrrr.....One of the reasons I resigned was because of practices just such as this. Good luck and warm fuzzy hugzzzzz, Diane
