Guest guest
, Is your age such that you may be menopausal or perimenopausal? If so, read some books that present menopause as the positive, healthy and natural transition that it is. My experience is that society has given menopause a bum rap. Personally, I love menopause. As Opra said recently, " The first fifty years, I was just smokin' , now I'm on fire! " Love Joni
Guest guest
- I wondered about menopause too. Although menopause corresponded with a long period of depression, it has also been a rich and fruitful time for me. It is an amazing experience. kate > , > Is your age such that you may be menopausal or perimenopausal? Guest guest
I just began reading a recommended book called 'The Mood Cure' by Ross, which deals with serotonin depletion, which is typical for women. So far it's been an interesting read. > - I wondered about menopause too. Although menopause >corresponded with a long period of depression, it has also been a >rich and fruitful time for me. Guest guest
Have you tried an acid-base balanced diet? Clients of mine have and it worked for them.
