Hi Lo,

So many of us have struggled with the twitches and tingling. I used

to have tingling and numbness from the left side of my face down my

left arm, to fingertips, down to crotch, left leg and foot. My foot

was the worst as it would go completely numb.

A year after explanting, I no longer have the twitches as badly. I

seem to have a few in the morning when I wake up. I used to twitch

so badly I would wake up at night to find my arms and legs vibrating

off the bed.

The tingling seems to be mostly in the left side of my face now. A

few times a year I will have inflammation in the neck area, causing

difficulty in swallowing. Since using the infrared sauna, I am

going longer between episodes. I'm actually experiencing good days,

where I only have the tingling a few times per week. I'm not sure

how the sauna is helping in this area, but I think it's healing the

nerves.

It is very scary, how well I know. Once you get explanted I would

suggest trying Primal Defense, walking, drinking lots of good water,

try eating organic when possible, try the baths when your incisions

heal.

hugs,

Beth L.
