Guest guest
I am in the Dow Corning Class Action Lawsuit. Last week I was finally approved for my explant and rupture. I should receive checks for both by or before June this year. while I retained another attorney, who represented me on another case, the following attorney and his office staff were more than helpful (spending all the time needed to answer my questions)whenever I called: Law Offices of M. Frailich Breast Implant Law Firm 22287 Mullolland Highway, PMB No. 409 Calabasas, CA 91320 818-223-9064 818-223-9062 (fax) www.frailich.com Toll Free 800-573-3236 (24 Hour Voice Mail)
Guest guest
They just responded to me (info@...) that Dow Corning did not manufacture breast implants in late 90s....who did then? Were they different from what was later manufactured, and if so, how? Does this mean that the later ones were safer? I don't understand this. Guest guest
How would you know if the valve was faulty? I had very small implants, 150cc, but they deflated somewhat after putting them in...now when I am lying down, the inside part sort of concaves a bit (or if I raise my arms, etc.)....since they were put in over the muscle (against my instructions incidentally), they look artificial to me anyway....and I can feel the valve around one nipple....anyway, I have my consultation on 4/29 with Dr. M for explant....if all goes well I will try to schedule for June if possible....I really am so thankful to this site because without it I would never have correlated the implants with my present problems.... > > > > > > I am in the Dow Corning Class Action Lawsuit. > > Last week I was > > > finally approved for my explant and rupture. Guest guest
If I ask my explant physician to keep the implants, will he do so or does he require a letter from a lawyer for this? > > > > > > GT, > > > > > > > > > > > > I think there are some lawyers considering > > cases > > > > > > against Mentor for defective valves on their > > > > > saline > > > > > > implants.
