Well, I had thought my tingling was getting better; the sauna has

definitely helped. Last night it flared up pretty bad; I felt like

I had inflammation in my lower face and neck. In fact, when I

turned my head, I could sometimes hear a popping sound, like fluid

or something. I have finished all my antifungals and am at wits end.

Today, it was sort of bad again when I woke up, and I went to use

the sauna at the gym. I met a lady in there who has tingling in her

neck and shoulders, her symptoms were almost identical to mine. She

has arthritis, and she said sometimes it's so bad, that she has

trouble swallowing or talking. And, like always, when I left the

sauna, the symptoms had abated. Ah, the wonderful sauna, my

lifesaver at this point.

At one time, I had the tingling from my face, all the way down my

left arm, crotch, and left leg. Now it's mostly in my face. I'm

wondering if nerves or connective tissues are irritated?

I would appreciate some thoughts on this and what possible steps I

could take next. I sort of don't feel this one symptom is fungal

related, because my energy level is so great now. I never have

fevers anymore, no brain fog, no more hives, heart beat has returned

to normal. I have a few twitches here and there, but not the severe

spasms in my arms and legs I used to have.

Would a chiropractor be helpful? There is a good one here who has

worked in neurology.

hugs,

Beth
