It is really hard to stand against doctors and friends and even

family when they refuse to believe you and look at you like you are

nuts. I get this same kind of crap from my mom. She thinks that

any thing you find out on the internet has to be crap. Why cant

people realize that the internet is like the biggest library you

could ever imagine with unlimited resources? I give up with my

mom. I had just been to my doctor who actually asked me for advice

with a friend of his with severe chronic fatigue syndrome who is

bedridden. My doctor is very interested in the antibiotic protocol

and listens to me. Then we talked about chelation therapy and my

doctor told me he has seen miracle with it. I told my mom that when

I got home and allshe could say was that she heard a doctor on tv

say that it is very dangerous, doesn't work, and begged people not

to ever do it. She believes him over my doctor. B ut of course,

the internet isn't reliable but the tv is!! It was probably

Barrett from Quackwatch that she saw!

At any rate, hang in there. You will discover something

eventually. Hair loss is an autoimmune thing. I believe eventually

somehting willhelp. Did you look at the morroccanmethod.com site?

Some people swear by them. aT any rate, they are organic and

detoxifying so you have nothing to lose.

> This sounds like great advise, but so far the doctors that I have

seen think I am a nut! When I start to inform them of my findings,

they want to know where I am getting this info from. Then I tell

them and they give a chuckle. The internet and a support group. I

have to explain it to them and them they discard the info as it

doesn't come from a credible doctor in the area.

were found in women with implants. Her specific words, " Aren't they

just water or saline and plastic " I don't think we need to test you

for metals. Right then I knew I had lost.

> My general doctor is a friend of the families and he thinks I am

nuts too and that I spend too much time on the internet. He says he

sees at least one patient a day with implants ( that he knows of )

and none of them have symptoms from implants. I try to explain that

maybe there illnesses are caused from the implants, but he doesn't

listen to me anymore.

>

> Well, I told him he would eat his words when I had the implants

removed and my hair loss stopped. Well, I guess I would be the one

eating those words now as my hair is still falling out. " He told me

so! " Whatever! Even if it wasn't the implants ( We all know it

was ) I would never put those foreign things back into my body even

if it were done for free!
