You may not realize it, but the characteristics you,like or dislike in others delivers a special message.

If you respond to a person that you see asoutgoing, positive and energetic, these are mostlikely qualities you possess, but have not fully embraced or developed. Likewise, if you react to The overbearing nature of another , then do a self check, you may have the tendency to be overbearing yourself.

Either way, tune into what you do and don't admire in others. Take note of your emotional response.With this new found awareness you can't helpbut discover something you didn't know about yourself.

Your self esteem is probably the most important part of yourpersonality. It dictates your performance in almost everything you do. The amount of self esteem you havedetermines your levels of vitality, enthusiasm and attraction.

To be your best, and to feel amazing, you should always bein a state of self esteem building and maintenance. Just as you take responsibility for your level pf physical fitness youneed to take responsibility for your self esteem.

Self esteem building is not easy. It takes effort and perseverance, but, if you are willing to make the effort, youwill be rewarded with a gracious life.

It is never too late to live with richness, purpose, joy and love. No matter how much time you feel you have wasted or lost, it is never too late to make the very most of the moment you're in. No matter how many mistakes you may think you have made, it is never too late to start moving in a positive direction. The instant you choose to fully live, the past no longer has the power to hold you back. Where you are now is precisely where you need to be. With gratitude in your heart for the journey that has brought you here, choose now to make the most of where you are. Starting from this place you can go in any direction. It is never too late to choose the very best direction you can imagine. Dig down and get in touch with the real substance of your most treasured dreams. For what matters most is always within your reach. Move right on past the disappointments, the frustrations, the regrets and the negative assumptions you have accumulated.
