Guest guest
hello, i recently did a post on lymph drainage. it has made me feel so amazing....i went from being clogged up and puffy with lots of pain to PAIN FREE in a matter of weeks....go on the internet look up rejuvaslim, its a company from the uk, originally for weightloss, i didn't need the weightloss just the health benefits, i did lose 6 pounds, she said that thats what happens when toxins leave your body....try it....my life is now normal .....hugs dDIANA D >From: "anita kessler" <AnitaK001@...> >Reply- >"SALINE SUPPORT" < > >Subject: lymph drainage and liver detox >Date: Mon, 4 Apr 2005 15:33:17 -0700 > >I was just wondering if anyone saved the post from Kacey regarding lymph drainage. I think it was Kacey. It went something like pushing on the feet so many times and then on the chest. I would appreciate it if any one has this. Also, I have a question about foods that can be eaten when doing the liver flush. I know you have to be fat free but can you have coffee, green juices, soups with vegetables? Also, is there a limit as to how much you can eat? I think I would get the headache from hell if I couldn't have my coffee. Guest guest
Thank you . The one I was looking for can be done at home. I had it in a file and now it is gone. I wanted to try it on my son. Thanks again. Love, Anita lymph drainage and liver detox >Date: Mon, 4 Apr 2005 15:33:17 -0700 > >I was just wondering if anyone saved the post from Kacey regarding lymph drainage. Guest guest
Hi Anita! You can get the same results from a mini-trampoline, or jumping rope. Have you thought about that? What kind of liver flush are you doing? If you do the full-bore flush, (1/2 cup olive oil and grapefruit juice, the epsom salts and all that), then you can have a fat free breakfast, light lunch, and then nothing to eat after 2 pm. I usually fast the whole day and don't eat anything at all. Soup with veggies would be okay, as long as you make the soup and know that there is no added fats or anything. Green juices would be okay. Now about that coffee, girlfriend, you really have to give that up!!! Can you wean yourself off of it? Yeah, you will go through some headaches to do it, it's called caffeine withdrawal...Sorry! But drinking coffee constricts the bile ducts and you sure don't want to do that when doing a liver flush! You want those bile ducts open as far as they will go! No coffee, no, no no. (At least through the mouth...a coffee enema is A-okay, but it is usually saved for the end to give an extra push to the clean-out.) Let me know if you try it. Guest guest
- Kenda You do have to be careful, but the flush can really help with gallbladder disease. Several people have prevented having their gallbladders removed by doing these. You have to make sure you soften the stones by drinking lots of apple juice. However, if you know that you have large stones, then you are right, it can be more of a problem, a stone could get stuck. I don't no anything about pancreatitus so I will defer to you on that. If I knew I had stones for sure, I would only do a flush in conjunction with a doctor overseeing it. But most of us don't, and the liver flush is one of the best things you can do to restore health and I wouldn't want to discourage people on it. There is a wealth of info on the Hulda liver flush on the www.curezone.com site and by s Moritz- -he has his own site too. My brother in law just did a flush as he was having gallbladder attacks and he passed 500 small stones. He feels alot better and is planning another one soon. I didn't pass many--I don't know though because I didnt catch them or anything-- but Isure felt a burst of energy and wellness for a few days. I am definitely going to do another. kathy -- In , Kenda Skaggs <kdskaggs@c...> wrote: > > Hi, everyone. > > > > Just a warning, if any of you have pancreatitits or gallbladder disease or > > symptoms, doing a flush can put you in the hospital or even kill you. Guest guest
Anita I am wondering how your son is doing? Are you seeing any improvements? Is he reacting less? This is such a frustrating and complicated thing. Thanks kathy > > I was just wondering if anyone saved the post from Kacey regarding > lymph drainage. I think it was Kacey. Guest guest
Anita That is good news. I am glad to hear he is making progress! Is he still herxing badly to everything? I still am.That is so frustrating. If this gets your son over the hump with the detox reactions, then I am defintiely going to give it a try. Does'nt gluthione produce a herx in him? When I tried Immunocal for a couple of months, the pain got intolerable. Did he handle the iv's ok? love, kathy > > > I was just wondering if anyone saved the post from Kacey > regarding > > lymph drainage. I think it was Kacey. Guest guest
- Anita It is really hard to tell. I felt great for a day or two and then felt like I usually do. Ever since I have tried some new things--- natto and Perfect Food in dec-mar and then the flaxseed oil/cottage cheese combo with some daily garlic--I have been in some serious herxes or flares. Every time I have decided to pursue anything like this I have given up due to unrelenting not feeling well. I really thought I could tough it out with the natto and Perfect Food but the pain level kept increasing until I had had it. This was over a period of 3months! Then when I started the flax I felt good initially, (like I often do) and then the increased spasms, fatigue, irritability and headache started back in. For some reason, the thing I herx to the worst and the fastest--within thirty minutes-- is enzymes. And they are supposed to help with imflammation and pain!!I know there must be an answer out there somewhere to get past this big obstacle. That is why I am so interested to know about your son's progress. He sounds so much like me withthe way he reacts to everything. I think I will do a series of liver flushes. Just need the kick to get them going. Thanks kathy -- In , " anita kessler " <AnitaK001@m...> wrote: > Kathy, > He did fine on the glutathione and he was having two per day. I asked Dr Kane when I would know if he was well and she said when he stops getting the headaches. So we will see. I think you said you did a liver flush and felt good. Am I right? Do you feel like your health has taken a step up since then? Anita > > Re: lymph drainage and liver detox > > > > > > Anita > That is good news. I am glad to hear he is making progress!
