Guest guest
I was the same way....just couldn't get past that mental block about giving myself a shot! I taught my husband and then my kids how to give me a B-12 shot in the arm, and went on for months like this. Then one day I was alone and upset at myself for being such a wuss about it, so I just decided to do it and get it over with. I closed my eyes and just punched it in my arm and found out it really was a piece of cake! Now I can do it, no problem. It just takes success one time, and you will be able to do it.
