Hi J...Yes, it is possible to over due it. It's actually hard not to. You feel so good compared to the way you felt putting those darn things in. It all catches up to you though. Just take it easy tonight and in the morning, you will feel much better. It's a warning sign though.

I know you want to have immediate results, but hang in there. I felt my best at two weeks. I was also on my period the first week, it was miserable. Your doing a great job of knowing your limits and going home early.

Take it easy tonight and have a great day tomorrow.

explant 3/30;overdoing it...must slow down

Today I returned to work. I overdid it, and had to go home early. I'm right-handed, and did my office work as usual. As usual was my problem. Has anyone else overdone themselves too soon after surgery? I had some dull pain in my right breast. I immediately went home and to bed with a book. I'm angry that I'm not immediately well. That's childish, I know. So, I'm wondering, how much time after surgery did some of you take? I'm doing much better, moving very slowly, and drinking too much water....JOpinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals. J,

It will probably take a month before you're moving as

much as you want with no problem. . . Still, listen to

your body and don't overdo it! . . . Think of it as a

long term investment . . . A little patience now will

pay huge dividends!

Hugs,

Rogene
