Dear Friends Just to share a good news with all my friends.....my daughter Sanaa secured her addmission in MIT College of engineering in Pune and has joined in Computer Engg. Well this reminds us all about our hostel and college days...........I still remember the date and time when I first landed in Wardha on the 6th of August by Maharashtra Express. Stood there at the platform not knowing where Sevagram would be and thus enquiring with people how to go there. I still fail to understand one thing that I was 6th on the merit ( which I came to know when we were alloted the hostel rooms according to the merits at the PMT) but I was sent a call letter ( telegram in those days) after everyone had already joined in and were at the Ashram. Actually it was a mistake on my part not to have even bothered to enquire my ranking ! I had to make option of vellore vs sevagram, and my parents opted for sevagram and that is how I had landed there......but can any one solve my Q merit list 6th and joining on 6th August?? Mind you folks it was not the delay in telgram because the dates on the telegram was later than 1st August.
