You might try taking time-release Niacin.

It dilates the blood vessels . . . can even cause an

uncomfortable flush and accompanying itch, but only

momentarily.

It's the main supplement L.Ron Hubbard recommended for

use with the sauna to improve circulation to remove

toxins. He recommended starting with a low dose and

working up to a very large dose.

Go easy though! . . . Once you swallow it, you live

with the results until the tablet wears off! You

should notice the results, but not to the point it's

unbearable!
