Guest guest
Dear Thank you sooo much for sharing your experience with The Work and how it has helped you. You may want to share your experience with via email (katie@...). It always blesses my heart everytime someone else's story matches mine! :-) You said: " Question - I'm a computer programmer and I find it hard to stay in freedom when I am tired or have had a late night. And the next day I slip up, get angry or frustrated with things. " **Here is a thought! Think of these times as number 6's. In other words, " I look forward to getting angry or frustrated with things " . And seeing these as opportunities for doing more Work Sheets. Also, it appears to me that what I resist will tend to persist. Like, I am making it appear real!
