Guest guest
Hi Anita, I am doing great, thanks for asking! My parents are still in town, and we've been eating too much...when they go home, I will be able to begin a dedicated detox program, and I am looking forward to it. I can tell a difference when my healthy diet takes a back burner. I am sorry to hear about your bronchitis! You gave me a laugh this morning though with your quip about the Quack Care aka Quick Care! That's so funny! i hope you won't have to be on the antibiotics long. It's not the end of the world, of course, and I hope it helps you kick what you have, and then you can get on some good probiotics. I will be doing a liver flush as well, so I'll join you! I am happy to hear you are going to be able to start the IV's for your precious son, and I really hope it begins to kick in and help him alot. Poor guy. I hope Dr. is good to you too. Did you have a talk with him? Here is that info from Kacey that you reposted a few weeks ago: Re: draining the lymph system (Lymphatic pump) The information on the Lymph system is really interesting! My doctor does a " lymphatic pump " on me every time I walk into the office, and I never quite understood why (but I TRY EVERYTHING). The lymphatic pump is really simple. You lie on your back and someone pushes the tops of your feet forward in a pumping motion for one minute (or about 60 pumps). Then you intertwine your fingers over your chest (just above your breasts), take a deep breath, and as you breath out slowly, the person is at your head with her hands on top of your hands and is pushing. When you take a breath again, the person stops pushing. You repeat the foot pumps for one more minute, and then she presses on your chest again. Very simple, but it supposedly really, really helps release toxins. They have read and seen some great results before. Take care, Kacey Anita, I still want to be able to have you and Daryl over to my house for a get together...la, you can join us too if you have moved to Vegas! Hugs, Patty > Hey Patty, > How is everything going with you? > The lymph drainage I wanted to try consisted of a pumping motion on the feet and then somewhere on the chest. I believe it was posted by Kacey. She said her doctor did it every time she saw him. I just can't remember exactly how it was done. I must have mistakenly deleted it. > Anyway, I am going to do Hulda 's liver flush. Right now though I am battling bronchitis. I got so bad on Saturday I had to give in and go to Quack Care. So now I'm on antibiotics and my body is rebelling. I will do the liver flush as soon as I kick this and let you know how it goes I admit I'm a coffee addict and really need to ween myself off of it. I guess I better start now if I'm going to do the flush. > My son has an appointment with Dr. next Wednesday so we can start the IV's again. I spoke to him and he uses the right brands of glutathione and phosphotydlcholine. I'm tempted to have my son do the liver flush too but I'm afraid he will herx too badly. He is so sensitive that even things like salt and cinnamon give him a headache so I don't know if drinking the eqsom salts would sit well with him. Take care Patty. Guest guest
Thanks Patty. I must have deleted it when I posted it. I did speak to Dr. and he was very nice so hopefully all will go smoothly. I am sending for some Kefir culture from a place called G.E.M. cultures. Dr. Kane recommended it. It is her opinion that the lactic acid bacteria are the best. Just thought I'd share that in case you want to try it. I will give you the info if you do. Guest guest
Hi Anita, I hope all goes well with Dr. ...let me know! I bought some kefir culture last year from Wilderness Family Naturals. It came in the sweltering heat of August, and sat out in the heat probably for a couple hours...UPS just dropped the box at my front door. When I picked up the box, it was HOT. Of course, the box of kefir culture says, " Keep refrigerated. " Hmph. I wasn't too happy about that whole experience. If I remember right the culture wasn't that cheap. I think I paid over $25 for it! I threw the box in the fridge and well, just left it there. I probably need to try to make it. Either that or ask the company to send me some new stuff because I think the heat destroyed it. Tell me more about the stuff you are getting. (make sure they package it right and don't send in the middle of summer!) I have been making goat milk yogurt, as Dr. Jordan Rubin recommends that yogurt over all others. He says there is a problem with one of the cultures found in most commercial yogurts... " Streptococcus thermophilus " , which can aggravate the autoimmune disease process if you eat alot of it. (So he says....I'll try the goat milk yogurt!) I wonder if the kefir has that? I can't tell from my box. After my parents leave and I can get back on track with proper eating habits, I will be trying to eat alot of fermented foods. Actually, I need to try to teach them as well, but they are pretty set in their dietary ways. Thanks Anita, Love, Patty > Thanks Patty. I must have deleted it when I posted it. Guest guest
Hi Patty, I think you might like G.E.M. cultures. They have all kinds of cultures available. Some I have never heard of and wouldn't know what to do with. She has a website www.gemcultures.com . They have kombucha tea fungus, sourdough (the brown rice one is gluten free) and things like nigari, terra alba, koji, amazake. You're not going to believe this but I put the lymph drainage instructions in a folder and later when I went to read it it disappeared when I clicked on it! Could you send it again? No rush. I'm weaning myself off coffee so I can do the liver flush and we see Dr. next Wednesday. I'll let you know how it goes. Guest guest
Anita, The gemcultures website looks really interesting! I wish I could work up some interest in preparing foods this way. . . I have a hard enough time just getting in the kitchen to do the regular stuff! Just ask my hubby . . . Funny story . . . among us old retired folks, you find some who don't cook AT ALL! . . . One couple was telling me about designing their dream home . . . They had the plans all laid out . . . thought they were done, and realized they didn't have a kitchen! Duh! . .. At least I can do better than that! Love, Rogene --- anita kessler <AnitaK001@...> wrote: > Hi Patty, > I think you might like G.E.M. cultures. They have > all kinds of cultures available. Guest guest
Rogene, That's so funny..no kitchen. If I had my way I wouldn't cook either. I hate it but it's funny it seems that's what I spend half my time doing! I thought you might be interested in the kombucha mushroom tea. They call it a fungus but I guess that's not what it really is. I noticed they also have natto..good for the hypercoagulation of the blood. Other than those I have never heard of most of them. Guest guest
Anita, I think the Kombucha tea was the very first thing I tried. I think it helped! . . . It looks rather gross growing in the bottle. But the tea tastes good! . . . At it's best, it's slightly sweet, with just a bit of tang. Leave it too long, and it becomes vinegary. My hubby would love it if I spent the day in the kitchen too! . . . I keep promising him that when we're both skinny, I'll cook up a storm. A friend, who has Celiac disease, makes her own yogurt. Says it's wonderful. I sent her the gencultures website address. Anita, did you notice that , PJ's daughter has joined SiliconeKids? She's looking for information too. It doesn't sound like she's found much. Hopefully some of the things you and Sue are trying with your kids will start showing results! Guest guest
GT, I am not aware of differences in the problems children are having with saline versus silicone. I had silicone gel. I would think there wouldn't be a difference just as the symptoms in women are similar. Maybe someone else has more to offer on this one. Guest guest
Rogene, I hope you are right. However, I think doctors will probably be even more reluctant to admit that implants have harmed the children. None of them want to stick their necks out on this issue. I just hope we can find some real answers for the kids. Love, Anita Re: Re: lymph drainage and> liver detox, Anita> > > Anita,> > I think the Kombucha tea was the very first thing I> tried. Guest guest
GT, We're in the process of gathering information about the problems the children are having. It appears that the platinum that is used to harden the shell leaches into the mother's body and crosses the placental barrier. Platinum is a very potent neurotoxin. From what I'm seeing on , the children are experiencing allergies, muscle/joint pain, behavior/learning problems. Really not much different than Silicone gel kids. Plus, if the child nursed, bacteria/fungus from the implants was passed along to the child. As we know, these types of organisms can cause havoc with a mature system, let along an immature one. Guest guest
Anita, Wouldn't you think that, after all these years and reports of children having problems, that the children who are already ill would be evaluated to find out what their problems are? . . . sey's doctors recognize her children's health problems are related to implants . . . I know there is information out there, but those who should be taking responsibility are hiding their heads in the sand!
