Guest guest
Thanks Patty! I'll take any advice as far as fatigue is concerned. You don't need it any more? To have my own energy back, would be a wonderful thing. I'm def. going to get them! When you gave them to yourself, did they give you vials and are the injections subcutaneous? Thanks for the input and how are things with your family? Take care, Cheryl
Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, No, I don't need the B12 anymore. I still have some leftover in the vials I got. I'll hang onto it just in case I ever need it again. My sister is an RN, and she taught me how to give myself subcutaneous injections. It was easy once I got over the mental hurdle of jabbing myself. I hope it works for you! It wasn't a magic bullet by any means for long term energy, but I definitely felt an immediate boost. I think when coupled with my regular detoxing routine, these were very much needed, especially as I had tried a vegetarian diet. It was just one more piece of the healing puzzle for me. Thank you very much for asking about my family...we are all doing very well, and enjoying being with each other. My sister and brother in law will be here through the weekend, and my parents for another week after that. It's been a wonderful break, and very much needed! We've got tons of things in the works coming up, and I am very much looking forward to going on a mission trip to India for 2 weeks in June! (With this group: www.RIMI.org) I pray you will find all the answers you need for healing, and to begin to feel renewed energy. It's so good to be living life to the fullest again. It is my hope and prayer that all of you experience it as well. Have hope!
