Guest guest
Dear Lea, Yes and I think that it is about time that the truth be told. I think that it takes more than 3 minutes of air time for the truth to be told. If I were a teenager and was thinking about getting implants, the program would make me feel as though it is 'rare' to have complications. The story focused on the 'happy ending'. However, if the world isn't ready for the truth then there isn't much that anyone can do about that. I'm hoping that those 3 minutes of air time can lead to more opportunities for all of us to speak out and let everyone know what pain we have been through. I was so disappointed with the MTV show. I just cannot believe that most of the air time was given to and basically ended with her being happy and getting exactly what she wanted. We all know that this really isn't what cosmetic surgery is all about. Our girl got what....3 minutes of air time????? I just couldn't believe this. I think that it should have focused on the negative and not so much the positive. My heart goes out to anyone that gets the surgery and becomes sick. When they showed her having difficulty walking down the steps I saw myself. I wanted to hear more about her and what she is doing to improve her health. Anyway, why on earth did the 22 year old need to have the huge breasts? To look like Carmen Electra??? I think that she was much more attractive than CE! I couldn't help but think what her life will be like in a few years??? Does anyone feel the same way as I do??? I just had to speak up and give my opinion. Guest guest
Since I have been researching breast implants recently because I was considering getting them, I wonder if there is a way to get this list to come up when doing a Google search. I searched for days and found nothing. It wasn’t until I did an ANA breast implant search that Cindi’s story came up. I read Cindi’s story which mentioned this list. For someone searching for saline information it’s extremely tough to get any information that is negative. I was convinced after weeks of searching that saline implants were safe. Just a thought to help get the word out. Kenda Yes and I think that it is about time that the truth be told. I think that it takes more than 3 minutes of air time for the truth to be told. Guest guest
Dearest Kenda: Thank you for wanting to be more informed. The best place is a medical library to do your research. That is where my husband and I did most all of our research. We have so much evidence that silicone should never have been surgically implanted into the human body. My sister is very sick from a silicone shunt, she has no quality of life. Dr. Blais told me that she will die because the shunt has become entangled and melting into her brain, I'm sorry but I'm not sure what is happening to her medically. I only know that I love her and she has many of the same symptoms that I have. We almost lost her a year ago or more because she had a large tumor near her bowel. She also has severe neurological and bleeding problems and she is on disability. We never see each other because we are both sick. What a mess. Much love...Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~````````````````````` Opinion on MTV Show - EveryoneHi Everyone, I hope that nobody will take this the wrong way but I just must say it. Guest guest
Hi Lea, First of all, I am so sorry your sister is sick and send her my prayers and best wishes. Secondly, I have all the evidence I need that implants don’t belong in my body! Everyone here has convinced me of that fact and I will spread the word. Guest guest
Dearest Kenda: Thank you for your sweet comments. My sister is very grateful that her silicone shunt has given her some quality of life. She has had the shunt for almost 40 years, without it she would have died. Dr. Blais is not sure now that her shunt is silicone. I wish we knew what kind of material her shunt is made of. My sister refuses to give us any medical information because she is very religious and feels that her life is in God's hands. Have a happy Sunday...love....Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`````````````````````````` Opinion on MTV Show - EveryoneHi Everyone, I hope that nobody will take this the wrong way but I just must say it.
