Guest guest
are you also taking any meds? I'm a hairdresser & I'm just wondering also what kinds of products shampoos & conds you are using? When I had implants in for only 6months I did have hair loss but it wasn't extreme to where I was balding or anything but it was for sure alot more than the average/normal amount, that was one of the 1st symptoms to stop after explant. You might try using Nioxin hair products, they are speciafically for hair loss & they are very successful products, you can buy them at any prof. beauty salons but you have to only use Nioxin products & nothing else, or you will undo what they are meant to do. Guest guest
Jen, Thank you for the info. Yes, I am currently using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner and the after shower treatment you put on the scalp and leave in. I have been using it since Feb. 5th. I do have a little bit of baby hair in the front coming in, but nothing will catch up to the 200-400 hairs I'm losing per day! I do think the Nioxin is working but my system is somehow messed up. I heard Dr. Melmed told someone that if they want to remove their implants due to hair loss only, then he recommends they keep them. That sounds really discouraging to me! Oh well, when I find something that helps, I will definitely let everyone know! Marie For those having extreme hair loss...... are you also taking any meds?
