, I hope you are feeling better today. I am so sorry that you

have had the drainage problem after surgery. I had my explant 4 days

ago. You asked about " any ideas " on reactions. I don't understand

meds and reactions, and yes, I do believe the toxins could be your

issue. I just wanted to add that I had extreme wet sweats and was very

hot. It turned out to be my sensitivity to one of the pain meds used

right after surgery. It passed for me, and I'm not seeming to have any

serious problems post-op. I hope that you continue to improve. Have

you contacted the explant surgeons concerning your problems post-op?

They may have some insight that the e.r. dept. may not be keen about.

Just an idea...sending a prayer your way......J

It sounds like your body is trying to flush something.

Be sure to drink plenty of water . . . Eating raw,

crushed garlic should help. . . It's a natural

antibiotic, antifungal and antioxident. One of

nature's most outstanding medicines!

You can put it on a salad, pizza, mix it with Mayo on

a sandwich, or scrape it from the garlic press with an

empty gel cap. With this going on, I'd eat as much as

I could get down.

Eating some fresh apple afterwards helps clear the

taste.

Do you know if your doctor removed your implant " en

bloc " ? or if there was a spill in the process? you had

saline, right?

Rogene

Thanks for the update. I am sorry about your problems with the

drains. That is why most doctors leave them in. I know that

Dr.FEng leaves them in for at least 2 days and won't take them out

until there is very little drainage left. It sounds like you are

coming along and I am glad to hear that you are starting to feel

better. That is weird about the smell. I didn't have that but then

there are women here who say they get a weird smell from their sweat

from the sauna. I wonder if it is the same thing. I have never

gotten a weird smell from that either. I guess we are all different!

these all sound like detoxification reactions. It sounds like your

body is trying to detoxify itself and if it is that is great news!!

Please remember to drink tons of pure water and take very good care

of yourself. Now is an excellent time to make sure you are eating

healthy--lots of fresh veggies and no sugar, grains, fried foods,

processed foods etc. Also make sure to take a good probiotic like

Primal Defense. And make sure to destress and get plenty of rest!

Hi

yes I did have saline, the surgeon did a total capsulectomy (not en

bloc) I had enough trouble getting him to remove the capsule as he

said it wasn't needed and I am not sure if there were any spills.

I still have a terrible headache so going to get more rest now but

would appeciate any info on detoxing there so much out there I don't

know where to start

Many Thanks

,

I've been writing back and forth with Dr. Melmed . . .

You know how we're usually reluctant to tell doctors

we're doing something unusual? - like eating raw

garlic? . . .

Well, I told him that we were finding that garlic is

very effective . . .

He wrote back that he knows garlic a wonderful . . .

especially for those who have heart disease.

Seriously, try some garlic! . . . If you simply cannot

tolerate eating it raw, there are some garlic products

available . . . I'm spelling it wrong, but Kolic comes

to mind. There's no way you can process garlic and get

100% of the benefits you get from fresh, but some is

better than none.

Hugs,

Rogene

Quote from Dr. Melmed:

" Anti-biotics don't treat fungi. They are effective

only against bacteria.

I totally support Garlic. It's a hidden " drug " that

works esp for heart disease "
